A tall bald man places a parchment on the board of galmair

after receiving a complaint of a threat from Rawsty. I having talked o chancellor kyre have decided to settle this in a civil matter. th was an over reaction from Dranis and since this is the first offense we have decided that Dranis is to issue a foral apology to Rawsty. This apology is to be made infront of witnesses and is to be done in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience
