Notes hanging around all over Illarion

The Hospital needs someone to care for - and all the resources it has.
For reasons I wont tell I can't be there myself - but the folks trusted me with it.
So if you a serious candidate please send me a private note.
Das Hospital braucht jemand der sich darum kümmert - mit all den Ressourcen das es zur Verfügung hat.
Aus Gründen über die ich nicht reden möchte kann ich nicht selbst dort sein - aber die Bürger vertrauten mir damit.
Seid Ihr also ein Kandidat mit ersnten und redlichen Absichen so sendet mir eine private Nachricht.
