Hello I have a quick question. I made this account long ago but am unable to accept player pm's now. A gm tested it and they went through but a few players have and can not. So far I have worked around it by saying my character lives in the wilds and can not get messages, but now she lives in town. So now I have to figure this out. Any ideas why I can not receive mails? I have looked through the settings and nothing was obvious to me. Thank you for any help.

Is your PM folder full? Or why don't you receive the PMs? Are they in the sender's outbox?

My inbox has only 14 of 100 mails. I can receive messages from development accounts or gm accounts but private messages trying to be sent get this :

Some users couldn’t be added as they have disabled private message receipt.


I have no idea how or why that happened or how to fix it.

Nevermind I finally found the preference stopping the pms. Please disregard and thanks for the help!
