Avariel Quessiriel is highly dangerous right now. He apparently volunteered to be subject to a magic lesson in Runewick where Djironnyma had Meriel Pelith merge minds wit him, somethen went wrong and his mind reverted te a child-like state. Unfortunately he wos not informed of tha potential dire consequences if such went wrong. But that is another matter. During his child-like state of mind he wos manipulated by a drowess who resided in Runewick at tha time. They wos writin on each other in blood at which I, Vern Burnhammer attempted to git Avariel safely back home away from her influence. I had failed in doing so, and I hunted them day and night hoping to bring Avariel in to git treatment. Teday, I had got hold of tha drowess and slew it hoping it would break it's influence over Avariel. Avariel fled after laying tha drowess to rest. He went to Cadomyr and Fiona had tried te help him at which Avariel reacted Violently and attacked Fiona nearly killing her.

Avariel is dangerous right now, but he is not a criminal, he needs help but first we ave' te bring him in so tha he can git help from his friends an family. It is advised that unless ye are searching fer him avoid him entirely. He is highly dangerous and he inherently knows these woodlands.

I am sorry to say, but tha elf Avariel is too much a danger to both himself and others. He has harmed many so far, and so he must be apprehended and brought before tha Queen. I hope we can still git him help, but now we must take action to capture and secure him so that he does not harm anyone else. Be wary of him.
