New toggle for walk/run

Big KUDOS to the devs for this new toggle feature for walk/run! Wow does it work slick! Now, if I can just reprogram my brain - that's the harder task I'm sure.

I'm confused. We already control when we walk and run. Is this to auto run, rather than auto walk?

It is. Pressing control while walking or running will toggle to the other so you will only do one or the other.
