I am endeavoring to upgrade my equipment, however I have ran into a problem. Even though I have 2 armor skills over 20 a level 20 shield is still showing as Red as not in skill range. Am I missing something? I can use all the help I can get.

edit: It looks like you are working on all armor skills? You only need one.

I am working on heavy armor now. I only leveled the light and medium as it was the starting set clothing I had. Changed over when I got funds. I did not realize shields were armor type specific. Seems I need to shop harder. I purchased the next cheapest shield, assuming it would be the next shield. We all know what assuming does for us..

Shields need "Parry" skill which is entirely different from the armour skill
you can try lvling up using a wooden shield (lvl o)
Currently there is a bug involving lvling up from lvl 0 but try it out anyways.
