My character in Cadomyr was just recently promoted from page to a squire, but when I asked the notary for my rank, she still says that I'm a page. Is it a bug?

How did you get promoted? By doing static quest of an NPC or one of the quests done by a GM?

It is no bug of the notary because your current rank is squire. Maybe a setback happened while the server was done and you did not log out to save your char before the the shutdown.

I was promoted by a quest from an NPC. I will ask again the notary.

Please check if you can do said quest again.

The quest is not available to me. I went back the the notary. She's still saying the same.
