An out of breath man hurriedly scrawls on a parchment and pins it in a prominent position.
I want to warn all miners and travellers heading towards the Black Hole Mine or Galmair Harbour to be on your guard.
There is a dwarven bandit on the road demanding gold and attacking as soon as you decline to pay him. I was attacked unarmed and I imagine with full intent of killing me as I was without armour.
Please take care but rest assured I know the perpetrator and will be seeking the Don's guidance on the matter to ensure safe passage for all as soon as possible.
