If you do not want to be ghosted, or left without your items, do not log in near vanima or greenbriar, nor go there, even though the flood/storm/quest might seem like its finished. The GM will just ghost you and delete your items, then tell you you cant have them back no matter how valuable they are, and just leave your character to regain health, without even giving you a good explanation for why you were ghosted in the first place or why your items were deleted.

This should be perfectly common sense, to not log into a dangerous area if you are not willing to lose everything. That seems explanation enough to me.
