I was thinking of starting a new Cooperative Farmers guild, and the purpose of it would be to get supplies, help fellow farmers, and to have other members of the guild help current-farmers from crop theives(protecting harvest basically). Would anyone be interested in joining something like that? I want to get some opinions before I go through with anything

Though my main profession is not that of a farmer/baker I do at times work the soil. This cooperative-farmers organization which you speak of is I think a good idea. I would like to be part of it, but first some questions. How would it be organized? Where in illarion is there space for so many farmers planting their crops together in the same place? How would it come about for fellow farmers to be able to meet?

First about the thing with everyone planting in the same space:
It wouldnt really work like that. We wouldnt have to plant in the same spot, but we could fit a bunch near the bridge by the zombie place. And I doubt so many members will be on at the same time anyways. But we could work out a schedule where we are generally in the same spot.

How it is organized:
There will be a site with a message board and stuff like that, but also we will have a meeting spot(probably in the shop, or near our main farming area)

Goals of the guild would be:
-Increase the farming economy
-Teach new people about farming
-Help fellow farmers
-Cut crop theft in half(well maybe not that high yet but try to stop it from occuring)

I would like to join, I am a great farmer, I gave the job up for a while to goldsmith but sence the new gemcutting skill I went back to farming. I can offer help for the website too im great at web designing. But i dont think we could fit a bunch of people by the bridge near the zombies, sence I plant around 100 cabbage at a time, and if people plant as much as i do there wont be any room. I like to go by the tavern to plant, because theres a nearby depot and not as many theives around. Maybe if we saved up enouf ingots we could buy some ground for us to plant on. It would be cheaper than buying a house simply because all we need is grass, a depot, and a grain grinder.
