Pinned up in the Fluffy Sheep Tavern is a badly written parchment which is just readable

I'm wunderin why the Free Dwarv'n Smithy is dark.
tis no wunder why it's not being used
ye have ta wait till 4 hours after the suns risen till ye can start work.
it would be much (writing has been sounded out here) a-pre-ci-ated
if some one wuld put some lights in.
((the writing gets much smaller here and is hard to see)) I would pay fer it to make sure it happens

The smithy you refer to is owned by the Town of Troll's Bane and has not been Dwarven property for many years. As it is a building administered by the Government for use by the public I will contact the builder to arrange installation of some lamps or torch holders.
