Halflings

The rocks at the halflings are missing... recently, rocks had been added on the otherside of the wall, outside the window(?) on the second floor to keep the halflings from spawning out there. The rocks are now missing since the spring time map came and the halflings are once again spawning out there. Will the rocks be replaced?
