If possible, I think it should be that #me commands only appear on the screen of the people who can actually see the person doing the action. Not a big deal, but the thought just occured to me lately when I was hearing actions on the other side of a wall, among other things.

Good point. Would require client side change. Not sure if will be done or not, but good point.
