Hello all,

after leaking some info about the VBU as well as some screenshots and the current testserver client via the NPC page on our website, it is once again time for a little VBU content to be revealed: Mounts!
Currently horses (white, brown, black), wargs (for orcs only), magic carpets (for mages only) and dragons (for the new dragon lord class) are being worked on. Unfortunately there are no screenshots as of yet, but I am sure everybody will enjoy riding their favourite mount. You will be able to buy horses in the same places where mules are offered. Magic carpets will be produced by tailors and dragons need to hatch from dragon eggs, which will be dropped by dragon monsters.

Are there plans for more classes of horse (Unicorn, Pegasus, Alicorn) as time goes by?

mewww...its a MAGIC chocolate Broomstick, it wont melt. Even if a bearer of fire is riding it.

can non-magic tailors make magic carpets, or only mages?

No, you have to be one of the new Charakterclasses, the "Heinzelmännchen". Only they can craft magic carpets.

Pssh, a bearer of fire wouldnt ride something like that. It's not gay enough.. I mean.. um..

I want a fuzzy Samson bear mount and a Adrian Llama mount! :3

ahh crap I missed the April Fool's joke...I'll add this anyway: Lizards should get giant crabs as mounts, and they should be able to control the claws

Soo, anyone know if anyone actually fell for the joke? Maybe if they had stopped with "horses" and not went as far as to "dragons" some would've fallen for it...
