I believe the depot I was using was labeled "depot ()" in Varshikar. In any case I have checked them all. This is the first time I have looked since the town has changed. All my stuff is gone. All of it. Coins, tools , raw materials, finished goods, everything. Is there anything that can be done about this?

This was a Varshikar depot, not one from a mule. It used to be located near the creek behind the workshop. Now it is in-front of the workshop by the tailoring table.

The depot is the one mentioned in the other topic, it was from a mule/player.
However i think i saved the data of this depot somehwere in my log, i have to find it and can place it for a few days somewhere so you can move your items from the mule-depot to another one.

I placed the depot next the Varshikardepot near the new tavern. The depot will stay there until sunday, so try to move your things from the mule-depot to the varshikar depot, or any other depot.
