I am looking for any and all information regarding wind potion.
I have been told that a wind potion is needed to create wind arrows.
1) Does anyone know how I might brew this potion myself?
2) Does anyone know where wind potion could be purchased regularly?
3) Does anyone have any wind potion they wish to sell?
