Character Creation: Can't progress to step 2

Hello,
I tried to create a third character on my account. Problem: Clicking the link to continue to step 2 doesn't work. Delete character doesn't work either. Can you help? I'd be ever so grateful

Until someone more knowledgeable comes along, the char creation system doesn't seem to work well in IE, if not using already, try firefox or google chrome?

Oh joy! Firefox worked! I can either proceed or delete as I choose. Thanks Achae!
