-One must not currently be under investigation for a crime

Conditions:
-The winner will be decided one dwarven week from now ((Sept. 6))
-The winner will receive two keys
-The winner will abide by the same ownership rules as everyone else
-The winner accepts the possibility of a monthly tax up to 10 silver coins

The south house includes a front door, an exit through the town wall, a fire to cook at, a first floor, a second floor, and a place to stand on the roof, there is a basement ladder but there is no basement.
