I have had to make a new user account on my computer due to keyboard problems. But even though my account is set to English and the homepage is English along with the forum, when I download the game I get the german version. Any help would be appreciated.

PS have tried deleting java and redownloading, same result.

When you open the client where you log onto a character you get the option to change between English - new language, and Deutsch - die alte Sprache. It's automatically set to german, but if you change it to English and then relaunch the client it will have changed.

It worked, thanks, never saw that option until I started playing with it. It has been so long since I downloaded couldn't ever remember that option there.

It will be gone in the client released with the VBU.
