Residents and visitors to Bane, be warned a dragon on the path into Bane by the farming fields and is a great danger to all. Leon and I coaxed it out of the gatehouse but were too weak to defeat it. Any brave warriors please join us as all help will be gratefully received.

Indeed so as I dealt with the dragon shortly after I came across this message written. How a dragon ended up trapped in your city is question to be thought on.
