Fires in Bane

I wish to warn towsfolk of two fires started deliberately in Bane today at the library and tailoring workshop. The first I was alerted to by a shout... the voice unrecognisable. I was later joined by Clare and Orioli. Both fires were extinguished but residents should be aware.
