Phibol takes out a quill and scribbles a message on several parchments hanging them around town and the doors of Northbridge.

Today on the 4th of Ushos I have transferred the deed of Northbridge in the name of Phibol D'Woise to Orioli Shaldra. Any incoming government will recognize this transfer in the future. May she treat my dream as her own.

I would like everyone who claims ownership of any property on the lands of Trollsbane to wait for now, until we have established the new laws and cleared out the situation about the list of citizens. I will try to speak to all the house and land owners afterwards then and try to figure out how we will handle them.
