Quick question: Who does a complaint about a Community Manager's behaviour get directed to?

I have the impression that PMs are mostly broken. There are tons of people who claim to have sent me a PM and I received nothing.

There are two ways to complain. In case you want a chance that your name remains hidden from the person accused you have to contact "GM-complains". This way will take a lot of time to process.

In case you prefer a faster way, you can in general contact ANY staff member you like to get your complain "into the system". Those complains are in general discussed in the staff and processed this way. Works faster, but your name will be known to everyone in the staff then

Also there is the possibility to write a 2000 words ranting post on the general board. That will surely give you attention and a ban

For the PMs, you can easily check if they got read already in your personal area of the board.
