Whenever I try to send an e-mail for password change (so I can register my account) I always receive an error message saying "receiver does not accept foreign hotmail accounts. How can I get around this problem, as the form is not what I'd call a reliable way of sending e-mails and my Outlook Express is backlogged with over 1000 messages coming through (long and painful story...)

Please, I really know how I can get my e-mail through, as I really wish to register my new password and permanent account.

simply sign up for one of many nice free web based emails.
Most of them are quite a bit better than hotmail, as they actually do not sell off your address when you have told them not too!

my personal favourite is Here

Or you could just go to the 'email' section of the page, you'll figure out the rest. Just remeber to tell them how to contact you.
