Rollback

Was there a rollback today around 3:30pm est? Was booted and was in the copper mine, when I re-logged I was back In Bane. Or did I just have once big crazy dream?

yes, the server shut down. If this happens, you will set back to your last ESC-point and status. Cause it isn't able to save your current status. -> therefore ESCape when get some fancy items or skills.

sometimes i forgett to relog when getting a god item or something like this (( 
but this is also an indication how good this game is when forgetting to relog

not really worried about what I lost was just confused a bit thats all.. but thanks for the info everyone

This doesn't work so well when it is in the middle of getting said items and/ or skills that it happens.

A rather large problem with the Linux Server that runs the game server application happened when you got kicked from the server.
While solving this problem required usage of the rescuing system of our server, everything is in order now again.
So there is a good chance that no more rollbacks will happen in near future.
And before anyone asks: No we can't give you the stuff you lost back.

I bet one of the devs got ghosted. So he crashed the server to rollback his state.
