Second harbor depot missing

I reported it on Mantis already, however am posting here due to two of my chars used it as their main depot. If can't get the depot back, is there some way to replace a few of the more important items lost?
*decides to no longer use that depot*

Could you give me a link to the Mantis task?
What was the inscription of the depot? "Harbor II"?

I think it was called Harbor II, if memory serves.. this is the Mantis report:
