Hi,

I am unable to create an account with my email address paslack1(at)gmail(dot)com

It says there is already an account with that email address, but then I try to recover my password with the "forgotten password" link, but this says it is unable to find an account matching that email address. I did play a while back, maybe that is what's causing it?

You have an account with the name Paulslack104, charname Vindigan. Try using that for recovery?
