Will there ever be gnome, Faeries, or goblin graphics?

Will there ever be the graphics for these races that I stated above? In the races section of this website I saw them but I know there are not any graphics for them and you can not be them. Is there any plans in the future for them to become a choice to be? Any answers to my question would be appreciated. Thanks.
