Swirly progress

I noticed today on the skilltab (F8) that there is a bar on each skill to see how close you are to that all important next swirly.
1.Since when has that been the case?
2. That's awesomely cool!

It's there since the last client update, the one when the light-system was implemented.

The skill bars were there even before the light-system update if I remember correctly.
