Page to report GMs is unanswered.

Well the contact page to complain about certain GMs' behavior is apparently controlled by a person who is inactive. (Not sure I'm allowed to name the person). So I'd like to know; until said impartial person is back into activity, what can we do if we feel a GM has wronged us? Is there an unnamed "head of staff" we can contact for issues like this?
