Cannot connect to server

It has now been 9 hours since I froze up IG. I tried to restart and have been unable to connect. My internet is up and working, and my firewall is off. Please help as I am going through withdraws, I may not last much longer

Post your character name and a GM can kick you out of the game so you can log back in.

What error message do you get when you try to connect?

After the game fails to load, I get an error box that reads "Cannot connect to server!" then has an Ok button to check and that is all. No other information.

Try deleting your Illa client in java and re-downloading the game.
