When i start the illa client...and click on play i am getting a blackscreen (waited about 10 minutes still black) but can go back to desk when i press escape.

Or is it a problem only i have (installed the game yesterday on my gf computer but this should not affect the game on my computer i guess)

solved the problem myself...i switched monitors and had to change from direct3d to open gl..

I have the same problem as you had, with the screen, but i have been using the same computer as i have been using the past week or so but it is only now giving me problems, i have tried chinging the graphics settings and only have one moniter, any suggestions?

i changed the graphic options from direct3d to open gl than it worked...you should look where you can change this at your computer...cause with direct 3d it doesnt work....unfortunately i now have to install steam again...but just keep it as opengl otherwise it wont work...
