The Nether Key

A note is posted in the town board in Troll's Bane.
(Fellow) citizens of Gobaith,
Last night I watched the tower from afar, waiting to see if Neron would succeed.
When I saw the glowing of the orb and the blast, I noticed the Nether Key split up into its constituent elements and scattered across the isle.
