King of the Roof

There is a game called King of the Roof. It is a rather simple game, you go to the top of the library and try to shove others off. The last person standing on the roof is declared the winner.
If there are a large number of people to play then it is run in heats. There may be game of 5 people with one surviving, then another game of 5 people with 1 standing. Then these 2 survives face off and whoever is left is the winner.
I have been running some games, the entry fee is one silver (250 gold coins) which gets doubled by me. The winner gets 75% of the silver, and the 2nd place winner gets the remaining 25%.
So if 10 people enter, the award would be 20 silver with the first place getting 15 silver and the 2nd place getting 5 silver.
For a game over 20 people, which would be run in 4 heats of 5 each, then 1 game of the 4 winners, much more valuable prizes can be awarded.

Um you could use some books from the library for them to land on. But I dont think the owner,(Quain was it?) Will be to happy about his books being misused.
