The bookshelf in the Greenbriar and Troll's Bane libraries that should contain the cookbook about meat and fish have somehow gotten jumbled. The cookbooks are gone and there are multiple copies of a newer book. When you "examine" the shelf it tells you the books are there but when you actually "use" the shelf to get the books they are not there to read.

It's not neccessary to open more than one topic for the same.
