Important Ingame phrases (and their translations)

Thought it would be useful if people started attempting to speak in languages they don't normally...mainly us English speakers, but it goes for some German speakers too I suppose. Please feel free to add more or translate, and I'll keep revising this post.

Greetings - Grüße (But not Grube...it means pit. Try to say "Hallo" instead.)
Hello - Hallo
I do not speak that language - Ich spreche diese Sprache nicht
I don't understand - Ich verstehe das nicht.
#me nods - #me nickt.
#me shakes their head - #me schüttelt den Kopf.
#me draws their weapon - #me zieht seine/ihre Waffe.
#me puts away their weapon - #me steckt seine/ihre Waffe weg.
#me smiles - #me lächelt.
#me frowns - #me runzelt die Stirn.
Yes - Ja
No -Nein
#me walks away - #me geht davon.
Farewell - Lebt wohl!/Leb wohl! (First one is more polite and second one is colloquial - use it for friends or if you play a rather impolite char)
Bye - Auf Wiedersehen
Help! - Hilfe!
Thankyou-
#me does not want to fight-
Would you like to fight?-
How much does this cost?-

...and for those who want to learn some real krautspeak:

Greetings - Seiet mir gegrüßt.
Hello - Grüßt die Götter, mein Herr.
I do not speak that language - Es ist mir nicht gegeben, mit euch in besagter Mundart zu kommunizieren.
I don't understand - Mein Geist ist bedauerlicherweise nicht mächtig, diesem Sachverhalt zu folgen.
#me nods - #me führt eine Verkippung des Kopfes in einer abwechselnden Ab- und Aufwärtsbewegung in der Sagittalebene durch.
#me shakes their head - #me schüttelt sein Haupt in missbilligender Art und Weise.
#me draws their weapon - #me zieht seine blanke Klinge geschwind aus einer fein gefertigten Lederscheide.
#me puts away their weapon - #me läßt seine Waffe voller Genugtuung über die vollbrachte Heldentat in eine Lederscheide zurückgleiten.
#me smiles - #mes Gesicht zeigt den Anflug eines freudigen und glückseligen Lächelns.
#me frowns - #me legt die Stirn besorgt und unzufrieden in Falten.
Yes - Meine Zustimmung zu dieser Aussage sei gewiss.
No - Ich widerspreche eurer Sichtweise entschiedenst.
#me walks away - #me zieht freudig von dannen.
Farewell - Gehabet euch wohl.
Bye - Gehet in Frieden.
Help! - Könntet ihr mir bitte zur Hand gehen?

Not helpful, I know ;-).

No wonder you Germans are such good typist. Us americans are lazy, we abrev.. whatever shorten, and change words instead of spelling. I think I will stick with a shrug.

Every character in illarion is different, unique and awl dat. so dont try and create, say, an orc character based on how they act ingame and such, at least my orc has a "with the horde" behaviour, sort of and a "not with the horde" behaviour..if that made any sence.. and yeeesssss orcs can have a dialect... aint tha' haard to be, ah doun' know..spesiull or sumfin..

thats how i manage to stay in character:P i DID plan on making a orc that talked orcy in common and all sortsa posh brittish in orcish... sooortaaa liiiikkkeee "wub dat beh? it look stoopid and puneh!" in common and "i 'say' brother, preytell, what 'is' that wretched looking thing theaa? it 'does' look 'moust' strange, i must say" in orcish would be fun but horrible to stay in character with my short term memory.... >,< and..heh..no i will not start typing normally when im writing in orcish:P why? because it ends up like with the humans, they all sound the same, look the same... i like to see a LTTLE difference in character dialect and such..but thats just me..innit?
