I want to know why you guys love Illarion.
Is it the excellent RP (Perhaps you could post a favorite moment)
or perhaps a certain feature you like
I want to know what make it worth playing :)

Of course I love the excellent RP of this game.
But what I like the most (even if most people disagree with me) is the magic learning system.

...which made it to TOP 1 of the most inbalanced features of Illarion .

Let's see: low system requirements, easy going gameplay, encouraged roleplaying, I can influence the future development of the game,... I answered this question too often!

But most important: All the stuff we are developing right now and in the next weeks!

The only people who think it's imbalanced are the ones who can't get teachers :P . I think the magic teaching system kept me motivated to play. I most probably would've gone inactive after a couple of years if I didn't have the magical journey to motivate me.

Next weekss? :O:O:O:O:O the VBU is near!

Okay, i love the different aspects of RP and the races, i love the amount of monsters and even if most people disagree i love the skill-time gain because i like working for my skill levels.
I like the crafting system and the fact you can go through the whole game without ever picking up a sword.
I like the people IG and OOC because it is such a good atmosphere i like the GM's even if they hate me :)

I think that the only imbalanced feature about magic system is the lack of teachers.

You know, giving the  to someone just because they expressed an opinion is really not a nice thing to do.

I am disappoint.

@ the topic;
The fact any character can affect the story, the staff that actually listens since it's a small playerbase, the ENFORCED* roleplay, etc.

Because there are so few people playing most of the people know each other. The roleplay. My charactor isnt a nobody. ((note to self slug cousin for being a wow gm and not playing Illarion  ))

It's the only game where you can spend about 1% of your IG time at the PC and still max out all of your fighting skills.

Feeling cheesey today!
I 'love' Illarion because between all the nerds and stuff you can actually get to know some awesome people who I love to chat with. Don't worry, I got RL-friends, too..

Anyway, thanks to:

PO Drathe
Adrian
the two Alexs
Alsaya
Kadiya
..and the rest of my MSN-list

You are my nowadays-reasons to play or at least stick with Illarion :)

PS: Also, isn't it just awesome how you get to know people from so many different countries? Before I started Illarion I knew only Germans, some Swiss and my American relatives..now I know Maltese..Dutch..Britons..some Scandinavians, talked to people from Spain, France, Scotland and more. I love that.

The funny thing is, it seems the competely utterly hilarious times in illa are the times where it would be very wrong to put the people you had fun with in the "Whose rp did you like today?" thread? But you all know who you are anyway :P
