What Prince?

Well, since I've come back I've heard all about this prince who invaded Trollsbane. The only thing to tell me this is salk guards everywhere. Does the Prince ever do anything? I've never seen him, or any leader but one of the dukes. From what I can tell, he hasn't done one thing to change the town since he got here a few months ago. ?!?
