Who is in charge of Goldburg?

Hey, just wondering who do i speak to about the owner/leader of the dwarves of Goldburg. The castle is in a state of disrepair...
Some people would like to set up there...These IG individuals don't care much for IG laws...but the players do care about the rules, so we were hoping someone might help us with that, too. Are there any special rules regarding land etc?

The land belongs to Silverbrand. I would suggest speaking to them.

Thanks...After posting I actually found a player who used to own it, whose username is Gold-Burg.
The thread was locked though.

Hmmmm...that means it's up for grabs, right?
Anyway, I've written to Gold-Burg...but I think he may be inactive. I'm also about to write to Silverbrand.
I was hoping a GM might elaborate on the rules for us? And thanks guys.

The castle was allready repaired, but a map resett set the Castle back into its sorry state.

Dwarves own it, but they are waiting on a builder... Alex couldnt get it off them
