since the druid system does not allow for them tomake poison that be applied to weapons, and the spiders no longer drop the poison that was once used, would it be possible to have for sale from an NPC or two?

Maybe the one near the lighthouse or in hells cos they are kinda shady

Noone except shady characters ever go to hellsbriar, and since that potion is used in "every" magical weapon as well, that would be quite the poo-effect.

Those poison potions will vanish entirely with the big update.

You can use potions you already have. Actually, I *think* a potion of a druid that causes illnesses and uses the same item ID and graphic as the poison potion *could* work. That's a hack, but you can give it a try (and report it as a bug ).

You can obtain poisoned weapons in any case as monster drop. So, supply is guaranteed.

The illness-potions do not work because of that. This made me sad several times.

Rarely can you get a poison weapon on the occasional drop that lasts until the time you leave the graveyard. If no more poison potions in the update, will poison weapons be still around?
