Oh great seers of all that is true,

I was informed that the builder has gone missing and as I have been waiting for a reply to having some construction done and I also need answers on the purchase of some property, I figured I had better ask.

So, is he missing, is there a replacement, can another person help if Lennier is gone, and if not, why not?

Lennier is busy IRL. In urgent cases (map bugs), GM Mesha or maybe Nitram could help you, but about purchasing new buildings, I recommend to wait patiently for a reply of our beloved builder.
