Hello,

I had a hard drive crash and then work picked up and I ended up being pulled away from Illarion for several months now, and I apologize for never being able to give notice on that...

I cannot seem to get into my old account, and I suspect that I am not remembering my login name correctly. Is there someone who can help me recover it? I've also noticed that my characters are no longer listed in the database, but when I tried to create a new account it told me that my email was already in use.

I can provide my account number if that will help a mod find it. I've really missed playing and I would love to get back into it now that I have a computer again!

I think your account gets deleted after a few months.

If not, giving them your character number will definitely make it tons easier to retrieve it.

The accounts don't get deleted and welcome back by the way. Just send a gm your email address.

If you still have your account ID, these informations should be sufficient. If all fails, PM a GM (like me) with your account details, as far as you remember them:

i too am having much the same problem...comp crashed and i have tryed every thing to no avail

please advise...i can not get into the comp that crashed

Just do as advised here if you lost your account login informations, can't really tell if that's you problem.

ok i followed the link , gave my email and changed my pass word for like the 10 th time now.....i copyed and pasted my sign in name to which was my account name as well...yet to no avail yet again....now what?

look i don`t want to lose this charactor, so i need some help with this
