You know how you get the folk ghosted.. then they come back looking for more aye? Well how about something that makes them need to try and heal themselves or suffer lasting affects? I doubt if you had your arse chopped up by a couple pointy swords you'd be up for round two in that club

It sounds I'll just get the answer "They can rp it and if not them be noobz" but am I the only one that thinks it a bit strange that yo have a island full of fighters without even a tiny mark on them? If that's the norm for this island we could take the Salk ten to one any day

ohh no, it's just a wee thought thats at the back of me mind whenever I see someone get ghosted they groan and moan for a few moments a couple hours at the most then they go back to smacking folk about

yeah something like that but think, if you were getting chopped up ever day of the week, whats the chance of infection setting in? Your just asking for one less hand/leg by fighting over the smallest of things

Chance of disease = I like. I mean real disease. One druids would have to make a cure for.

I tink ye'd need to get done in quite a few times for this to take affect though, youl have to remeber the newbs which of course will have the slight "accident" here and there

only allow it so that player on the online list can do it (players that dont come up "X new players are online")

yeah, thats one of the things i want to get at. the folk on the island need some common sense... or at least alex you need to have a healthy fear of ghosting..which means thinking before "hey jimmy, aye timmy? want to go smash in some rocks?"

Leave jimmy and timmy out of this... they didnt do anything

But i understand where you come from but sometimes you need to push the boundry and people who dont RP injures will suffer at the hands of GM's Its a new rule

injures be one thing... being sent back from the dead is a total other ting i'd say. If i was cherga i'd get pretty pissed if i kept sending folk back time after time after...

Depends how you RP it i guess... Death is so final i just RP getting knocked out/lightly injured/heavily injured/near death

How about making a kind of rest period...so make the penalty you get for being ghosted twice as bad, but as you heal over time, your stats return?
