Poblems with charecter profile

Hello again, id like to ask if anyone can help me with something. My new characters profile wont allow me to load any pictures to it, and since this charecter was made during the recent update im sure it has something to do with that. please help me out if you can i have a realy good picture i want to use but can't, any help will be apreciated.

Try changing the name of the picture and make sure the file size isn't too large.

hmm, changing the name didn't work and the pcture definatly isnt too big.

Make it a jpeg if you haven't. Open the picture in paint or something then select File+save as and then select jpeg or jpg. Hopefully that works.

I've got another idea what could help.
How about naming the character it does not work with.
