Dear citizens,

In the aftermath of what has been unnecessary, it
is time to rebuild. I will pay for any building materials
you can provide me to rebuild the walls and refund
various pieces of furniture. The prices will be as followed:

-2 copper a brick
-3 copper a board

My clerk shall be dealing with the transactions in one dwarven
day (( Tomorrow (Tuesday) at 19:15 GMT+1 )). His name is David
Liveran. He shall watch over all the transactions from the library.

In one dwarven week (( Probably Saturday at 19:30 GMT+1 )) my clerk
will also review the current citizenlist. Any additions to this
citizen-list have to be send to my clerk by dove (( This account! )).
Please provide your age alongside your name and profession.
My scribe will also be taking in guard applicants. I hereby appeal to
the old leader of the guard, as I shall offer him to retain his position.
Anyone interested can visit my clerk in the library in one dwarven week
to apply.

The last announcement I would like to make is the following:
Word has reached my ears that several people have set up a
refugee camp in the woods somewhere. Anyone with information
about this camp can send me a letter. Refugees are not left hanging
under Salkamaerian rule.

A Salkamar guard rips off the notes, sending Fooser's one along to the Prince by messenger and throwing the other one in the river.

A small man is talking to some Salkamaerian soldiers whom are carrying various tables, a chair and a depot to the library. After they leave the library the man heads in, murmuring on and on about something.
