i carnt have sound and play i put sound on then i carnt move or do any thing at all what should i do

Umm...if it's everytime you turn your pc on, then obviously its a problem with your pc, not Illarion. Maybe check your sound card or speakers, if you have them that is...

i have sound on everything but illarion i have tryed to redownoad but its still the same

There's a big difference between those two statements. If you want more effective help then be more clear in the future.

If your computer is older, the sound card may not be compatible with the sound format... (?) If you mute certain types of audio in your volume controls, you may not be able to hear Illarion sounds, but still hear other sounds. (?)

There's just standard miditable in work and wavefiles for the effect sounds
I think that's not the reason for the problem.
But try to re-install the soundcard and driver.
