I suggest player owned houses with vendors or shopkeeps what ever you wish to call them....and the ways to get them....have been playing for a long enough time,purchase it or win it from fighting someone or somthing or doing a quest..reply on this and tell me what you think see ya in the game

As long as the new map editor isn't implemented, there won't be any player buildings in Illarion. There is too less free space now.
In future times it may possible, but only for a high amount.
