I am fairly new to illarion and want to become a mage but after I read some articles that talk about intellengce being related to the spells you can learn if you have 19 intellengce can you learn all the spellls. BTW I have an intellengce of 18 what spells can't I cast?

I think thats better to ask this ingame, but i can answer you,
you can cast with 18 intelligenze all spells what it give.

So it give nothing what you cant cast.
