Losing skill when clouded

I saw a similar question but my doubt was not answered.
When I get clouded, do I lose any skill or, even worse, any of my character's attributes is lowered?

You lose 1% of a random skill - sometimes.

Some of your characters stats got also a bit decreased. But when your chars health is fully recovered ( not only the hp ), the stats raise back to normal value. You'll know your char is in good health when a message pops up. AFAIK...

Okay there's a bit of confusion lately on this matter.

In my recent experience there is no longer a message, however the health bar does represent the recovered state of your characters exactly.

When you are clouded you have something like for example a 30% chance of losing 1% of each skill (all calculated seperately so you won't lose all, entirely random which skills are affected).

All attributes get set down to 1, and in the time it takes them to fully raise back to the original values is when the health bar hits the max. No message given.

The only permanent changes from being clouded is the skills.
