Can we please get some GM say on this (A large number of players have already agreed they would like to see this)
Also this would make a nice quest.
Either way this is a cry to the GM's/Dev's to say SOMETHING on the topic

In the (hopefully) near future, there will be such a general accessible magic teaching room. But this is bound to other projects that have to be finished first. An organised release (all at once) is unavoidable.

So, be patient.
